The conference will serve as the first key project event where the project partners and its Advisory Board members interact directly with and get the first-hand information on IoT and 5G development in both the EU and China from its target stakeholder groups (research community, industry, policy makers, media, general audience, etc.). It will raise awareness of the importance of joint actions and collaboration, collect useful inputs for project activities in terms of standardisation, testbeds and LSP specifications and best practices, as well as valuable opinions on how the project can move forwards to best support and facilitate concrete collaboration in the near future.
The conference will be followed immediately on the next day with a non-public, intensive Round Tablediscussion between the invited speakers/experts and the project partners on concrete ideas to move forward on bilateral cooperation in the fields of IoT and 5G.
Details of the venue will be announced shortly.
