CfP ends on 12 Nov. for One5G & 5G-XCast @Workshop on cm-wave and mm-wave (CmMm5G)

One5G and 5G-Xcast are co-organizing a joint workshop on cm-wave and mm-wave based communications for 5G Networks (CmMmW5G) at the IEEE WCNC 2018 conference in Barcelona, Spain on April 15, 2018.

 

Both projects call for papers.
The CmMmW5G workshop is an evolution from the two successful previous editions of the mmW5G workshop held in conjunction with WCNC 2016 and 2017. This will cover the innovative RAN technologies currently being developed for cm-wave and mm-wave spectrum, for both the 5G radio access and 5G broadcast domains. The focus will be on 5G eMBB applications as covered by the currently developed 3GPP NR standards, as well as on URLLC (Ultra Reliable and Low Latency Communications) and mMTC (massive Machine Type Communications) including verticals like Automotive, Smart cities, Healthcare and Industry 4.0. In addition, Broadcast/Multicast applications are considered where different verticals can be supported efficiently.
