Back in June 2017 @EuCNC’17!

5G-Crosshaul was there and presented the following four demonstrations:

  • the Next Generation fronthaul/backhaul over hybrid Optical Wireless and mmWave Link demo was showcased by 5G-Crosshaul partners Fraunhofer HHI. Click here to watch the video.
  • 5G-Crosshaul partners Nextworks, Nokia and Polito presented a demo on Resource management of the 5G-Crosshaul. Have a look there!
  • 5G-Crosshaul partners Nextworks, Nokia and Polito also showcased the Energy Monitoring and Management for Network Paths demo at EuCNC 2017. Follow the link and discover it.
  • 5G-Crosshaul partner Visiona presented the demo SDN-based TV Broadcasting Service @EuCNC 2017. Watch the video on YouTube here.

Antonio de la Oliva,  5G-Crosshaul Deputy Coordinator and Professor at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, was also interviewed  by the Euro-5G & To-Euro-5G projects on  preliminary achievements and next steps of the 5G PPP “5G-Crosshaul” project. Click here to watch the video.
