5G-PPP Collaboration Agreement

All Actions (i.e. projects) contracted under 5G-PPP Phase 1, agreed at their launch to implement a 5G-PPP program level collaboration agreement.  The provisions of the agreement meet the requirements of: Article 41.4:  Relationship with complementary beneficiaries – Collaboration agreement            

All Actions contracted under the 5G-PPP Phase 2 were deemed to be “5G-PPP complementary grant agreements” as their grant agreements contained Article 41.4 of the Annotated Model Grant Agreement for H20202.  Therefore, these projects were obliged to provision for the appropriate cross project joint actions, 5G Global Events, Work Groups, KPIs progress evaluation and the granting of complementary access rights by acceding to the 5G PPP collaboration agreement.

The beneficiaries of the 5G Actions (Projects) awarded under the subsequent 5G PPP calls are also invited to accede to the 5G PPP Collaboration Agreement as they come on line as they have also requirements and ambitions to work closely with their peer 5G PPP projects.

The Word version of the accession form to be completed by new beneficiaries is distributed to them directly by email after each project selection process for the 5G PPP calls is completed.
