5G PPP Progress Monitoring Report Data Collection 2020

The 5G PPP has been running collaborative projects since 2014 and each year the 5G IA and the program management team have supplied data for assessing the program investment leverage ratios and the complementary investments by industry.

The European Commission proposed a common structure for collecting the PPP financial and organisational type data and, accordingly, all beneficiaries in 5G PPP projects (both running and completed) are requested to complete these two questionnaires.

Please fill the Form 1 questionnaire in once for each 5G PPP project participation you are/were contracted for.

Please fill the Form 2 questionnaire in once for the overall participation in the 5G PPP of your organisation.

We ask you to identify the projects and your PIC number only to avoid duplicate entries but otherwise the information will be summarised and anonymised so no individual contributions can be identified. All information elements are meant to be anonymous, i.e. the aggregated data on leverage factors will not include any reference to any individual beneficiaries.
