This hight-level event, will feature a week-long agenda brought to you by French and European key stakeholders. The programme for the whole week is here.
On December 1st, 2017, the cybersecurity of Internet of Things conference will therefore examine the specificities of the Internet of things and propose ways to build a response adapted to justify trust in the future connected objects. You can register online here.
The Internet of things (IoT) uses advanced technologies in systems architectures, communications networks, protocols, data processing and storage. Its economic stakes are considerable and its development interests all sectors of activities: consumer markets, industry, services and utilities (energy, water treatment or transport). However, in all these areas, cybersecurity is a fundamental concern. The IoT, because of its connection to the IP world, its geographical scope and its scalability, presents specific vulnerabilities. By 2016, the attack has progressed faster than defense and new threats have emerged, facilitated by the proliferation and diversity of connected objects. The conference SEE 2017 will therefore examine the specificities of the Internet of things and propose ways to build a response adapted to justify trust in the future connected objects.
Recommendations based on the SEE IoT’18 Survey will be disclosed. The abstract of this Survey (in French only) can be downloaded here.
